Fresh engineering graduates required for entry into GEP – Graduate Entry Program.

Under this program, candidates are assigned to different departmental roles within the company on a rolling basis for the first year and are observed for core skills. Based on the observation, graduates are entered to a specific target area for the second year and then onwards progress and grow in that field.
